Recruitment for Erasmus+ study abroad in the academic year 2023/24

The recruitment procedure for study visits abroad under the ERASMUS+ programme starts on 20.02.2023. The step-by-step departure procedure can be found on the UG International Cooperation Office website. The list of partner universities can be found on the website of the UG Department of Chemistry and on the website of the UG BWM.

Students of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdansk registered on bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree courses, both full-time and part-time, may apply for ERASMUS+ mobility abroad if they meet the requirements of the General Principles for ERASMUS+ mobility/studies in the academic year 2023/2024, i.e. have a sufficient command of the language of instruction at the host university to enable them to actively participate in classes and obtain credits, and have a good academic record and, at the time of their application for participation in the Erasmus+ programme, do not have any outstanding credits and examinations including the winter semester 2022/2023.

Spotkanie organizacyjne na temat zasad i kryteriów obowiązujących kandydatów zainteresowanych wyjazdem na studia zagraniczne w roku akademickim 2023/2024 w ramach programu "ERASMUS+" odbędzie się 1 marca 2023 roku o godz. 12.30 w sali C209.

Candidates for the trip should report between 20.02.2023 and 03.03.2023 by 2.00 p.m. to the Dean's Plenipotentiary for International Exchange of Outgoing Students (Dr Grzegorz Romanowski, Prof. UG), room B213, in order to deliver and sign the necessary documents, including the application form and the decision to grant a benefit from the UG Material Assistance Fund for Students and Doctoral Students.

The expected date of the interview with the Candidates qualified for the trip is 6-7 March 2023 between 10.00 and 13.00, of which each Candidate will be informed by e-mail. Candidates will also be notified of the results of the recruitment by email by 8 March 2023.
